I hope this is really a investor looking for a partner. I see all these ads I do not even respond any more. I thought I would give it another chance. I have been developing property most of my life but lost it all in a deal in Scottsdale AZ when the market crashed. I have been trying to put a deal together for a apartment community since but can never find funding. If interested please respond.

Yes, we are. We are looking for stronger projects where we can not only invest but will provide us with profit participation. Within the last few months, we have focused our sights on projects that will allow us to have a more active involvement.

While this may eliminate some worthwhile projects, it does open the door to more. Projects we want to see are those over $25M. Principals must be able to show us that they have invested much into their projects and can stand behind them.

Let me know what you have to bring to the table. Projects in the Western Hemisphere are highly valued.
