Are you talking about insuring this house separately from the policy that covers your primary residence? Have you consulted with a commercial insurance broker?
Are you talking about liability and weather related coverage, i.e. storms, fire, etc. for property related issues or renters insurance for your residents? Also how big is the property?

We are looking at changing insurance carriers and cannot find anyone who will insure our student rental house. Any suggestions on good companies that will insure a college rental?
