Call your local school administration and ask their input. Schools and daycare centers often have contacts as well as the local parks departments because they build playgrounds, etc. often.
We had the same issue with our dog park. We went on line and created one ourselves. Maintenance made all the jumping hoops, etc. Be creative. On line has quite of bit of resources
