I've spent most of my career in multifamily management—leading training teams, architecting tech stacks, and innovating policies that align incentives between management teams and owners. Throughout, I've witnessed firsthand how a fragmented system leaves both professionals and residents underserved. That’s why I’m so passionate about shaking things up.
In January 2024, I launched Chasing Tomorrow, a company dedicated to providing the education, community, and AI-native tools that our industry desperately needs. I’ve immersed myself in the world of large language models, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible to reimagine property management from first principles. My self-taught journey in coding—leveraging Python, Cursor, Windsurf, and Replit's Agent suite—culminated in building guided., a product designed to revolutionize training and onboarding in multifamily operations. This tool helps teams move beyond checklist tasks, empowering them to manage properties with true expertise.
Today, I share insights on how AI can 100x productivity, dissect the myriad issues plaguing our industry, and propose innovative solutions for the future of apartment communities. Join me as I bridge the gap between technology and property management, ensuring better outcomes for everyone involved.
