Were taxes and utilities cancelled?

The entitlement is sickening! Housing is NOT a right, it's a necessity and I am not your fairy godmother.

The rental industry needs more empathy.

Lol the average rent for an 2 bedroom apartment is like $550 a month seriously what do they have to complain about. I was in Kentucky last August and was so shocked how cheap apartments and houses rented for.. My son went to collage out there last year and it was cheaper to rent off campus VS living in the dorms. As far as the rent costs..

Since when is real estate free? They find the money for their phone, car, groceries, alcohol, etc. I feel bad for all the people who have struggled and done everything they could to keep their rent current. While others still working have just decided to ride it out as long as they can. If this is allowed to continue, things will collapse.

Next time a maintenance call comes in...."Sorry, I'm working my "real" job! Use your saved up rent money and hire someone to fix it yourself!"
I'm glad I haven't ran into any ass hats like this yet
