Hello All

Firstly, I am amazed at this website and discussion forum. I had no idea that something like this even existed let alone have this amazing amount of knowledge and personal insight. Secondly I am unsure if this is the correct section for this post, so please feel free to redirect me.

To keep it short, ive started my short career at one of the top 3 manufactured housing community operators in the United States as a community manager. I managed a fairly large community that had around 100 community owned rental homes. During my 2.5 years in that role I had gained experience in ways that seem parallel to apartments. Asset management, resident retention, occupancy, delinquency, major capital improvement, you name it. Since then I have held a training role, and now a District/Regional Manager role overseeing all aspects of multiple communities. My future is a bright one at my company.

However I am wanting to transition into apartments in a similar capacity as I am in now. But cannot even get a response back from job posters. I have applied to just about every Regional level role in the united states, ranging from subsidized, all levels of market rate, fee management, asset manager etc. My resume looks sharp, I am well spoken, I stay at the same companies for long periods of time, and show a very steady history of advancement within those companies. Could anyone provide any insight as to how I can even get someone to call me?
