If lowering operational expense could be executed with Zero out of pocket ...and... Cash Flow Positive Day One ...and...be a solution providing annual ongoing reduction, when would you take it to the Board???

Hunker down
People often hesitate, even though there is ample evidence and executed projects. Maybe they fear for their job, maybe doing nothing is safer/easier, maybe too good to be true is the mantra?? I don't know.
Fire up
What I do know is we are reducing building operational expenses some over a $mm during our 10 year warranty period .
Right now, when expenses will take the most toll, is a time to decide. Don't decide to do it or not.........Decide to find out!!
