Follow ups: even if you have Yardi, you still have to remember to follow up! This is what I do and it works very well I must say..
1) print out your lead. 2) Go to quill, order yourself a 5x9 (3) ring binder. 3) If you don’t have guest cards “order” some. 4) order tabs as well and cut them to fit your 5x9 binder. 5) put them in your binder in date order as you receive your leads, write on them as you follow up, print out every correspondent.

We use maxleases without it I would be lost. It is very easy to schedule appointments and it breaks down the day very easily.

There is a new product that came on the market called Knock. I deployed it to my portfolio in May of 2017 and my teams loved the simplicity of the process and I as the regional loved the reporting capabilities. I have used a number of tracking software kver the years but Knock far surpassed any experience I have had.


I second the love for Knock. I used it at my previous company, and it was exceptionally easy to use yet powerful enough to manage my tracking needs.
