Reply: Do you feel comfortable refusing to tour someone because they make you uncomfortable/give off a weird vibe?

I'm sorry to hear that you were attacked, as I was also attacked also. No sale is worth it.

You can call your maintenance person or your supervisor on your cell and keep them on the phone as you give the tour, but if you feel that still wouldn’t make you feel safe, tell them the unit is t ready to tour yet and show them pictures of the unit or carry pepper spray in your pocket

Just let them know you have an appointment coming in soon but would love to schedule them for an appointment the next day.

If you feel uncomfortable you are allowed to refuse to tour. Just remember you cannot tour anyone else for the remainder of the day to comply with fair housing. On the weekends there would only be one person in the office and this was mentioned.
