process the credit screening in onesite with parameters set to applicant with no SSN. then verify passport (checkpoint >d) with valid visa (and dates for lease term desired) and supplemental non-US citizen app (texas) if docs check out, then one additional months rent deposit and we are good to go. easy peasy...

Brittany yes because it’s not a social or work authorization. It’s an issued tax identification number from the IRS for individuals with no social to file taxes.
