Topic: Revenue Management Software

I was recently asked of the multifamily owner/operator management companies as well as 3rd party management companies, what percent of their total portfolio is utilizing revenue management software. I have done some research but overall I would say this information is not readily available. 

Here is what I found so far:

• Milestone - 100%
• Orion Residential - 100%
• L3C - 100%
• Bella - 100%
• Kettler - 100%
• Advenir - 100%
• Eenhoorn - 100%
• Greystar - 1/3 of portfolio as of 2011
• Lincoln - estimated 75%
• HSL Properties - 100%
• Camden - 100%
• Equity Residential - 90+% excluding markets were rent is controlled
• Shea Properties - 100%
• ALL Public Reits
• Holland Residential 90% in 2011
• RAM - 38%

If you would not mind sharing, I would love to know what percentage of your companies portfolio is utilizing revenue management software. Please comment with your property management companies name and percent.
