I know that two months ago when I came to my property we were at 83% occupied we are now as of today the 15 of Dec at 89% with eight schedule move ins by the end of the month. Which crossing fingures we will be in the 90% almost 91% range. For the Jacksonville Area the average occupancy is 90% to 95%.

Charlotte NC: 92.0%

We are having a bit of a difficult time in the Mississippi and Jacksonville FL market, aside from that, our portfolio is in pretty good shape.

My portfolio is at about 97% occupancy in the greater Seattle area.

My portfolio of 29 assets (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio)is at 97.2% and looks to be climbing.

Aggregate physical across the portfolio is 95.7%;
60-day trend is 95.1%.

***We are WI, MI, IN, IL, KS, MO, OH, and FL.

A- to B- portfolio.
