The company that I work for uses Boston Post and I like it, have u ever heard of onesite

Is there something that you have found that it doesn't do as compared to Yardi and One-Site? I have found a few small deficiencies, but overall, it seems to compare well and is significantly less.

We use Boston Post for our subsidized properties and AMSI e-site as well as e-financial, which Boston Post interfaces with. We are very happy with the Boston Post product and we highly recommend it as a consideration.

We currently use Yardi, but pricing might be a bit much for smaller organization. However, I have a good friend out of Maryland, who has approx. 5,000 units under management, and they use Boston Post and love it! I did a demo run, and it seemed to be very user friendly. Not as detail as Yardi or Onesite, but will get the job done. Looks it has been disigned specifically for Affordable Housing deals, but workable for Coventional Market Rates.

My company is looking to change software. We have been pricing Yardi, Real Page and Boston Post software. We only manage 1400 units. Yardi and Real Page are very expensive and seem like overkill for our sized portfolio. Does anyone use Boston Post, what is your experience in terms of easy of use, reporting and technical support?
