We change the clocks back this weekend so it will be dark even earlier! Wondering if your company allows tours after dusk?

I only do them later if i have a unit i'm showing in the building I live in (and nothing past 6pm_, otherwise no way. If it's dark at 4;30 next week it will be a miracle if I'm awake and functioning past 5pm...lol

Not a good idea. I have a walk-through video of our floorplans on my phone, so we always have something to show.

We recently started. We don't want it to seem unsafe, like we can't tour after dark but you should totally live here. Plus I manage 7 buildings that we drive to anyways, so we drive there and wait at the front door which is well lit.

Thanks everyone! I’ve always worked for companies that do not tour after dusk and my new company had mixed feelings. I appreciate your answers...I know my recommendation

It's not safe in the daylight either, just a thought. There is no such thing as safe anymore.

Yes, but we limit the tour to the models which are directly across the parking lot and well lit.
