I have them on two properties. The owner pays for them. But the rebates available offset the cost easily. Then we set a per day allowance for residents and anything over this, the resident pays via the charging station. Our residents love it

Your local utility provider would be where I would start.... There may be tax incentives.....
On a similar note, I once worked a property that installed solar panels in such a way that allowed the meters to run BACKWARDS.... they sold the excess back to the utility provider and not one resident had an electric bill.....

Anyone have any info on installing electric charging stations on a property?
Is that something an owner has to pay for? Or are there companies out there that are subsidized to do it for free?
