What's your favorite to manage....? and Why ... Have you managed multiple of these, if so which and why did you like it best?

* Tax Credit
* 55+
* Mobile Home / RV
* Market Rent
* Commercial

Tax Credit 55+, I love it because each one of them has a story and each one is unique. They lived there lives and seen ups and down and as long as you are respectful they are too. I currently have 9 properties but have overseen up to 43 with conventional, Senior, luxury, tax credit, tcap, PBV and so many others

How Amazing... I thought I might like 55+ as I used to be a caregiver and LOVE the stories :) The tales of adventure they have been through.. so wonderful!!
and wow.. so many properties that is amazing.

it’s so large everyone focuses on a smaller range of duties. Leasing, maintenance and management were in 3 different offices/locations. People are more involved and neighborhood block parties are huge turn outs. The company was amazing, benefits were out of this world.

By far, Military was my favorite. It's very challenging, and you deal with many different "bosses", but I love taking care of terrific military families
