We just found an amazon key device on our gates that was installed without our permission. I plan to call today to see why this happened.

The downside is that the tenants who pay extra for expedited delivery or 1 day express have to wait an additional 24 hours to receive their package. Definitely made a lot more tenants angry that they not only had to pay the monthly fee for the service but that they can't even opt out of it. So no, Fetech is not always the best way.

Not only did nothing change but everyday we get solicited by Amazon and asked if we want this service that we already have. Drivers are as confused as ever and our deliveries with them have gotten worse if that is possible.
