I HOPE that this will happen in 10 minutes and not in 10 years, but more/better pet and service animal accommodations. Inside the apartment (built-in pet crates, hidden kitty litter areas, for example) and outside the apartment (fenced in pet runs of course, but also pet washes, other life & safety amenities designed around animals co-living with people).

Oh and Pickle Ball courts with loaner rackets will replace tennis courts and actually get used by residents.
