Horrible! How can people be so cruel, cold, uncaring, and just plain evil? Makes me sick to my stomach. So many terrible people in this world it’s mind boggling.

OMG! This same thing happened to me in Atlanta! This girl because she certainly wasn't a woman but moved out, left a Chihuahua and I kept him for 17 yrs. At one point, I had 4 dogs including 2 Mastiff pups all left in vacants after moving out. This is now a felony in most states thank God!
