How many of you work for a management company that uses some type of formal review process?
If you are using reviews, please share what type of model is used: objective measures, such as KPI or other established goals and objectives for the period; subjective measures, such as behavioral characteristics (team player, ethics, customer service, etc.); do you ever use 360s; do you use a performance review/appraisal software or program from an external company; or any other relevant information you can share, please!
