Looking for recommendations for CRM software. Yardi is our property management software so it would need to be something that integrates easily and works well with it.  Too many programs are overly complicated and/or time consuming for staff.  We need something to help us with efficiency in all of our prospect and resident follow up and communication.
Thanks so much!

Have you seen Yardi’s CRM IQ? It handles both prospects and residents.

Stacy Blanchard I did 90 day test with it several years ago and it seemed too cumbersome. I think it's improved since then possibly.

yes, CRM IQ is the latest offering (from CRM and CRM Flex) . It’s changed so much, worth taking a look.

The Respage Smart Leasing CRM integrates with Yardi and was built to simplify and automate daily processes so your team spends less time in the dashboard! Our clients are automating 95% of daily workflows, and our system handles 100% of prospect & resident communication + follow up — PLUS they’re spending less than 11 minutes a day in the CRM, on average.

Rent Cafe. Way more user friendly and easier for leasing than Knock.

I cannot say enough about Knock! I spent 2 years begging my boss to implement it and I'm so glad we did! We have cut our onsite follow up time in half, if not more!

It’s worth looking at CRM IQ again.
Another solid option that handles both prospect and resident communication is Funnel — we have clients today using Voyager for accounting, but fully replacing RentCafe and Yardi CRM with Funnel.
