I am the Training and Development Manager for Thompson Thrift Residential. I joined the Thompson Thrift team as a Lease-up Community Manager in 2018. After completing a successful lease-up and sale, I remained with the company as a District Manager. Through the last four and half years, I've held several positions within Thompson Thrift Residential, including Regional Manager and Regional Startup and Training Manager. In addition, my previous experience spans a 15-year career with concentrations in Rebranding & Repositioning Communities, Rehabilitation and Value-Add projects, Luxury New Construction properties, and Urban communities. Through these experiences, I excelled in Pre-leasing, Marketing, Budget Management, and Training team members within the industry. I now create content and guide new Team members at Thompson Thrift through their careers in the industry. I am a NALP, CAPS, Lycuem, and LEAD recipient from the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Kansas City. As a board member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City, where I co-chair the Communications Committee, I also serve on the Government Affairs Committee and the DEI Committee. I give back to my community by serving on the DEI Commission of Parkville, MO, and I am a member of the Regional Northland Chamber of Commerce. I was recognized by the Crystal Merit Awards, including Leasing Consultant of the Year multiple years, Assistant Community Manager of the Year multiple years, MVP of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Best Model by Onsite Team at Watermark at Tiffany Springs and RMWest Communities
