Brent Williams Thank you so much for sharing this, Tiana! I am sure I have absolutely said the "I don't see color" line at some point, because at the time that seemed like the best way to approach inequality. But that really does negate the amazing diversity that is a positive attribute that we should be embracing. It also runs the risk of making people feel like they have to assimilate into an existing corporate culture versus shining their own unique background and perspectives that make that culture a richer experience. I have learned so much over the last several years from leaders like you, and I appreciate you sharing this!
