Have you tried Fiverr? Mark Juleen was talking a while back about he got his logo through that site.

I need help creating a t-shirt design for a housing fair at a local college. We have the idea about "Your place or mine? Mine is better!" I am having a hard time thinking of a cool design for the front of the shirts incorporating that phrase! Help!!
