I've often seen contests surrounding drinking enough water to stay hydrated. This could be something engaging that is accessible.

To keep in compliance with Fair Housing, I'm curious how you might work a Fitness Contest to include Persons With Disabilities (PWD).
What comes to mind is a Nutrition goal, or team-based workouts (which presents another challenge, as we have a low turnout for our resident events).
