Awesome show of customer satisfaction. I bet if every leasing manager did this with each new lease, they would build an instant bond with their new resident. Thanks for sharing Brent!

As a business owner, that is my #1 job! I think and let all of my clients know how much I appreciate their business. In the apartment industry, it's so easy to forget that someone's rent is probably the BIGGEST check they will write for the month, and easily the biggest annual expense they have.

Take a look at the link below and realize that even if it was $3,000 in car repairs, that is still probably only a quarter of what an average resident pays you in a single year.
