I agree with Brandy! To reduce employee burn out, close your office on Sundays. This will give your employees a full day of rest and will make them more productive the following week!

We are closed on Sunday and open Saturdays 9-3 The office can be very busy or very slow. It's a hit-or-miss situation. Our VP of Property Management has decided to have the Assistant Managers, of all our properties, to be scheduled to work Saturdays. We will see how this works. As a Leasing Consultant, I prefer to work Saturdays. It's nice to have more quiet times with the residents and prospects, because of less people in the office.
Some of our smaller properties are only open on the weekends by appointment only.

I believe and have believed for MANY YEARS our Industry is in need of a shift for week-end hours!!!

3. stay OPEN from 6-7pm for Residents ONLY...Monday thru Thursday...Resident appreciation and RETENTION!

Sat 9-5, Sunday 1-5 and were off 2 full days that week.

We are open normal hours on Saturday from 9 to 6 and Sunday's noon to 5. It's not just about prospects but residents as well and their availability to contact us. We do have an office that starts at 10 on sundays but that's just to clear leads and paperwork before opening
