Zillow seems to work pretty well for us. Apartments.com gives lots of “guest cards” but not a lot of conversions.

@Anonymous - ILS stands for "Internet Listing Service" such as Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.

I'm curious to find out how/what tools everyone is using to measure the performance--is it by the number of prospect calls generated by the source, overall leads generated, or just actual leases? Thanks!

Apartment Guide and Rent.com have recently made some changes to their process. The leads we've been receiving seem to be more qualified than the other routes we take.

Because of this, our conversion rate has been much higher. They also provide a handful of tools that make the day-to-day management easier.

My top suggestions would be Apartment Guide/Rent.com/Zillow.
