Just had this, we tried everything.
Then totally saturated the pee areas with vinegar and then sealed it with shellac

That's alot of pee, it's soaked into the subfloor, to remove the smell youd have to remove the subfloor (gypcrete, wood, etc)

Is you have done all that. The sheet rock may have to be cut out 4 ft high and replaced. I had one that I had to do that to. Let’s hope the ozone works.
