Our legacy system is antiquated with no updates and unfortunately we've had a difficult time migrating to AppFolio and thus are looking for a user friendly system to help us manage rents, Section 8 and FHEPS programs, reporting, etc.

I don't know about DHCR...

How does Buildium handle lease renewals? From what I remember, it didn't fit my needs as far as creating DHCR compliant lease renewals
