TikTok can be a great way to differentiate yourself from other apartment communities. If used correctly, you can have zero competition on that platform. That being said, it's for a very young demographic, so anyone older than a millennial won't be using it.

I’m gonna be 40 and not the only one of my friends that uses it. Oh lawd. Did I just admit that? The appeal of it to me as a user is the authenticity. As a marketer, I don’t feel it’s worth the investment of time unless we’re going to make authentic videos that are inline with the vibe TT has going on. I get advertisements everywhere. Sometimes I just want a more real experience.m
