Friends - I need your expertise. ‼️ Is it onsite or on-site when referring to property management? Hyphen or no hyphen? 🚨 Merriam Webster says on-site should be hyphenated. The Cambridge dictionary includes onsite (without the hyphen) and on-site (hyphenated), while the American Heritage dictionary only lists onsite (no hyphen).

Mark Tanguay It depends on if you are using it as a adjective, adverb, or prepositional phrase. I am doing on-site work. The work is an onsite task. I am working on site.

On-site is the preferred use when being used as an adjective or adverb before a noun, as is off-site. On site or off site are preferred use after a noun or pronoun when used as a location phrase versus referring directly to the noun.
Onsite is accepted more these days in American English as hyphen use fades, but offsite is less accepted in the dehyphenization "movement."
Technically onsite or on-site are both correct, but on-site is still, for now, the preferred grammatical term.

Katie Rigsby Sell it to recruiting as a benefit of working with their facility. They can use it as a tool to attract new hires but you have to sell it to them that way.
*You might also reach out to current residents who work there and make them "ambassadors".
*Reach out to HR/benefits as well and offer to provide breakfast or lunch in exchange for 10 minutes of speaking time at their next open enrollment meeting. This is a time when benefits are being discussed and you can sell yourself as an added benefit.
*deliver donuts or milkshakes or whatever to a different department each week and leave a flyer. I used to deliver blizzards and they LOVED them!!

I have a resident requesting an accommodation due to disability to be present while scheduled maintenance is performed. She claims it is discrimination if we do not accommodate this. She has been informed that maintenance is scheduled for her building between 9 AM and 12 PM on Thursday but she would like it done earlier while she is home.

If you have package concierge I highly recommend you reach out to your sales rep and request that they turn ON code requirement for delivery drivers. If this feature is not turned on ANYONE can walk up to your Kiosk, say they are a delivery driver, and boom they now have access to essentially your entire rent roll with every residents full name and address. Guest Insider My company offers classpass and I love it. You can do free exercise/yoga classes OR get a massage, your hair done, nails done, etc. They subsidize it so it only costs me like $2/month.
Also, I love that we have a wellness room. Lunchtime naps are amazing to be refreshed for the rest of the day.
Also employee appreciation week was over the top awesome. IT came around in a group and resolved any issues immediately, Bundt cakes, egift certificate I exchanged for an Amazon gift card, lunch away from the office several days, breakfast brought into the office, etc.
