Quick question for senior apartment sites:

For residents that have mobility issues and have the motorized carts, do you allow them to park it in the lobby area as long as it is out of the way if they are leaving for doctors appointments? Or do you make them figure out different ways to come down to the common area to leave?

Guest Insider If resident requests a reasonable accommodation and you have a space to make a “parking spot” for the electric cart, I don’t see why would we deny that. As long as is not in the way in case of a fire or emergency.
