Hi everyone!

I've worked in property management for almost a decade but never been through a fair housing case.
The property I live at (not work at) sent out a property-wide email stating any kids under the age of 18 are not to be allowed outside alone without a parent even in cases of bus stops / walking home from school. My daughter walks home from the bus stop and I was issued a lease violation and told I have 2 more chances until I get a lockout notice, when I went to the front office about how this is against Familial Status they threatened to terminate my lease immediately if I didn't agree with her new policy and then proceeded to call all kids of the neighborhood bad kids along with name drop and address drop unprovoked minors names and addresses of who she deemed "bad".
Spoke with a neighbor and she received a violation for her daughter playing at the park with her friends prior to this new "rule", her friend's parents also received a lease violation for "unsupervised child". (To note: they were just playing. No foul activity)
I am very aware of fair housing laws, the lease documents, and what is being broken, but for anyone that has personally dealt with Fair Housing cases what is the typical turnaround time/steps of events? Currently on day 4 waiting on a contact / call on my submission.
I have everything recorded and documented 0% hearsay. I am absolutely dumbfounded that someone thought this was okay.
Should the residents of this property contact a private lawyer or wait until Fair Housing follows up with a free alternative?
